The Second Chance programme for drop-out girls is operational in 3 districts -- Balod, Bilaspur and Sarguja. This reaches 300 students annually.

Under Pratham's Vocational Training Programme, there is a focus on skill development amongst youth. This includes PACE Hospitality Training Centre and Beauty Training Courses in Dhamtari and an Automotive Training Centre in Raipur. Besides, electrical and construction courses are conducted in Kurudh district.

In 2014, Pratham collaborated with the Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission in Bodla and Pandariya to improve learning levels of children in Std. 1-5 across 118 schools.
