About Pratham
Pratham was founded in 1995 to provide preschool education to children in the slums of Mumbai. Over the last 25 years, Pratham has grown to be one of India’s largest NGOs, working to provide quality education to underprivileged youth and children in over 21 states and union territories across the country. Pratham is a widely recognized organization, having received notable awards such as the Lui Che Woo Prize, the WISE Prize for Innovation, the Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship, the Henry R Kravis Prize in Leadership, and the CNN-IBN Indian of the Year for Public Service. About Creativity Club
Pratham’s Creativity Club is a tech-enabled open learning model that connects children (ages 10-14) and youth (ages 14+) with creative learning opportunities. The program aims to foster 21st-century skills, including creativity, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. It is driven by youth volunteers and teachers in schools and communities, engaging children in creative activities and challenges that nurture their skills and interests.

Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.

As an intern with Pratham’s Creativity Club Program, you will:

Analyze & Innovate: Evaluate digital submissions from students using our creative rubric.

Create & Inspire: Design engaging challenges, posters, and communication materials.

Learn & Grow: Participate in enriching Learning & Development (L&D) sessions.

Facilitate & Lead: Conduct virtual workshops for top-performing students.

Report & Present: Analyze grading data and compile insightful reports.
