Internship Description | Program Management Group

We are seeking interns to join our dynamic Program Management team. As part of the internship, you will support the program team with a variety of tasks, including preliminary research and data analysis, documentation, curating reports, coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate should have intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office and possess grammatical accuracy in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team with daily operational tasks, including documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation of program activities, including case studies and success stories.
  • Review and edit reports and other documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Proofread and review materials and resources for quality and relevance.
  • Analyze program data to generate meaningful insights for reports.
  • Assist and conduct research on educational trends, policies, best practices, etc to support program development.
  • Be flexible and ready to take on new tasks as the program evolves and new needs arise.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal intern should be proficient in English, showcasing exceptional writing, editing, and oral communication skills. Further, they should be fluent in either Hindi or any other regional language. They should be able to seamlessly translate complex concepts into simple, engaging, and understandable content. They should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Required

  • Undergraduate, Graduate or post graduate in any discipline 
  • Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi language, with excellent listening and comprehension skills
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about promoting social change through education
  • Someone who is eager to learn and work across diverse areas

Duration and Location

This will be a one-two month, remote internship, with the possibility of extension. Interns can choose to work out of the Delhi office on working days as well.
