About Program

Pragyanpath is Pratham’s upcoming internal Learning & Development (L&D) platform, envisioned to strengthen the professional growth and capacity-building of employees across all levels of the organisation. Designed as a digital learning space, Pragyanpath will offer interactive, self-paced courses that are aligned to specific job families, functional domains, and leadership trajectories. The platform aims to make learning continuous, flexible, and relevant by providing access to high-quality content tailored to the day-to-day roles and aspirations of team members. With a focus on practical application, skill enhancement, and role-readiness, Pragyanpath will complement Pratham’s broader L&D efforts and act as a key enabler of personal and professional development within the organisation.

Position Summary 

The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and producing content to support the professional development of Pratham’s employees. This includes both digital learning materials and content for in-person or hybrid training sessions, aligned with our evolving Learning & Development goals. The role involves developing interactive, engaging, and contextually relevant content across a range of themes such as skill-building, leadership development, onboarding, organisational policies and domain-specific knowledge. The incumbent will also work with subject matter experts for the development of content in select domains. Key responsibilities include researching, sourcing, writing, and developing digital content. The role also involves leading training sessions virtually and in person.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, research, and develop engaging digital courses for internal employee learning.
  • Create content for multiple themes, including leadership pathways, data literacy, program planning, communication, organisational policies (POSH, CP), and onboarding modules.
  • Translate existing available content into simple, visual, and narrative-based digital learning formats.
  • Develop content formats such as infographics, quizzes, storyboards, explainer decks, and animations or videos using tools for which training will be provided.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather relevant knowledge inputs.
  • Maintain consistent tagging and alignment of content with skill frameworks and job families.
  • Use analytics and learner feedback to revise and improve content iteratively.
  • Support testing, piloting, and uploading of courses on the Pragyanpath platform in coordination with the content management team.
  • Design and develop hybrid and in-person training sessions on various themes related to learning and development.

Required Skills

  • Creative ability to develop digital content that supports adult learning and workplace application.
  • Strong writing skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be preferred.
  • Prior experience (minimum 2-3 years) in creating digital content. Prior experience in creating content related to employee training, professional development, or L&D platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and content writing tools.
  • Familiarity with digital animation tools such as Vyond, Animaker or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suits and Google suite. Candidates with basic typing skills in Hindi (through Google Input tools or Kruti) will be preferred.

AI-Related Competencies

While prior experience with AI tools is preferred, the selected candidate will also receive orientation and ongoing support to effectively integrate AI into their day-to-day content development and workflow. These competencies are seen as essential to enhancing creativity, efficiency, and scalability in internal learning design.

  • Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to draft course content, summarise internal documents.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design and video creation tools such as Vyond, Animaker, Canva AI, or similar platforms for developing engaging digital learning materials will be preferred.
  • Openness to exploring new AI tools and features to enhance learner engagement and support continuous improvement in content design.

Working Details and Remuneration 

  • Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and will be within the range of INR 60,000-70,000 CTC per month. 
  • The incumbent will be based in New Delhi and will have to travel regularly across the country.
