Internship Overview

We are looking for interns to support the Inclusive Education team in content development, programme implementation support.

The internship will involve working closely with the team to support educational content processes, review field implementation updates, document observations, and assist in engagement initiatives conducted through WhatsApp and other programme platforms.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in education, programme implementation, content development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and organisation of educational content and learning resources.
  • Review and document implementation updates shared by programme teams. 
  • Analyse participation and engagement trends from WhatsApp-based parent engagement initiatives.
  • Review photos, videos, audio notes, and activity responses shared by parents.
  • Assist in maintaining trackers, documentation, and programme records.
  • Support basic data compilation, observation analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Coordinate with team members on content and implementation-related tasks.
  • Be open to supporting additional programme needs as required.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate students from Education, Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies or related fields.
  • Strong observation, documentation, and organisational skills.
  • Interest in education, inclusion, and community engagement.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite, MS Office, Canva and basic digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English preferred.

Duration and Location

This will be a hybrid internship based out of Delhi for a duration of 1–2 months, with the possibility of extension.
