Ms. Rekha M. Menon is a seasoned leader known for driving disruptive transformation while balancing sustainable growth. Previously, she served as Chairperson of Accenture India and was the first woman to chair NASSCOM. She also chaired the Governing Council of NSDC’s IT-ITeS Sector Skills Council and co-founded Pratham Books. She currently serves as a corporate and start-up advisor and holds independent board director positions at Legrand, Biocon, and XLRI.
